The B Local: Mid-Atlantic Group is committed to helping small businesses from underserved communities in the greater Washington, DC area “do well by doing good.” The B Corp Certification scholarship fund will help businesses that qualify achieve their B Corp status!

We want every business to have the chance to join the B Corp Community. We also want to see inclusion and diversity everywhere, and sometimes that means looking carefully at the barriers that block some businesses from getting the certification they’ve earned. That’s why we’re committed to supporting local communities to do “Business for good:” for society, the environment, and its financial bottom line.
